Shipping policy
How an Order Works
Every order goes through five steps, and we'll keep you updated at each one: order confirmed, on its way to Sneaker Lane, warehouse reception, verification, and shipped. No pair leaves our hands without us checking it first.
Delivery Times
From 2 to 14 business days from payment confirmation. Our average is 5 business days.
The range is wide because it depends on where the pair is located. If we have it in our warehouse, it can ship the next day. If we need to request it from another warehouse, it goes through the full process and can take up to the maximum indicated time.
Shipping Costs
- Spain, including Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (excluding Canary Islands): free for orders over 80 €. Below that, 4.99 €.
- Canary Islands: 19.99 €, always, no free shipping.
- Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Portugal: free for orders over 80 €. Below that, 9.99 €.
- Rest of Europe: 9.99 €, always, no free shipping.
- Rest of the world: 14.95 €, always, no free shipping.
The exact amount is calculated at checkout based on your address. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply at the destination, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll receive an email at each step of the process. The final one, for shipping, will include the carrier's tracking number. You can also check the status anytime on our tracking page: sneakerlanestore.com/pages/rastrea-tu-pedido
Delays
Logistics can sometimes hit a snag: transport, customs, weather. If your order goes beyond the estimated timeframe, we'll reach out to you before you even have to ask.
Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, the pair is reserved and the process begins, so we don't accept cancellations. If something's come up, drop us a line at help@sneakerlanestore.com with your order number and we'll see what we can do.
