1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms regulate the access and use of sneakerlanestore.com and the purchase of products through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms and the policies that complement them: the shipping policy, the exchange and returns policy, the privacy policy, and the cookies policy.

If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the site.

2. Who can buy

To make a purchase, you must be of legal age in your country of residence.

If you're underage, you can buy with the authorization of your mother, father, or legal guardian, who will be responsible for the order.

3. What you can do with your purchases

The only restriction refers to the website, not the product: you cannot copy, reproduce, extract, or commercially exploit sneakerlanestore.com, its code, texts, photographs, or design without our written permission.

4. Authenticity

Each pair goes through our verification process before leaving the warehouse. If a unit doesn't pass, it won't be shipped: we'll either find another one for you at no extra cost, or we'll cancel the order and give you a full refund.

The pair comes with a tag that identifies that specific unit and certifies it hasn't been worn.

5. Products, Availability, and Prices

We work with limited editions. Some products are exclusive to the online store, and their availability can change at any time.

We display colors and images as accurately as possible, but they might vary slightly depending on the screen you're viewing them on.

Website prices can change at any time. The price of an already confirmed order won't change: what you pay is what you saw when you bought it.

We may limit quantities per customer or restrict shipping to certain destinations.

6. Orders and Payments

An order is considered accepted when you receive our confirmation email. Before that, we may reject or cancel it if we detect a pricing error, lack of availability, suspected fraud, or incorrect billing information. If you've already paid, we'll give you a full refund.

It's your responsibility to keep your address, email, and payment details updated.

Card details are always encrypted. Other information we exchange may travel over unencrypted networks.

Cancellations. Once an order is confirmed, the pair is reserved and the process begins, so we don't accept cancellations. Message us via chat with your order number, and we'll see what we can do. This doesn't affect your right of withdrawal, which is regulated in the exchange and returns policy.

7. Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

Timelines, costs, and conditions are detailed in the shipping policy and the exchange and returns policy, which are part of these Terms.

8. What we check on each pair

Our verification process checks, unit by unit:

• That the pair is authentic.
• That the model, size, and reference match your order.
• That the condition is as advertised and the pair is unworn.
• That the original box and release accessories are complete.

Removing, cutting, or tampering with the tag affects exchange and return options, as outlined in the corresponding policy.

9. Third-Party Brands

The products we sell are original and manufactured by their brands: Nike, Jordan, adidas, and the others listed on each product page.

That said, it's good for you to know how we operate: we are an independent reseller. We are not an official distributor for any brand, nor do we have any commercial ties, sponsorship, or endorsement from any of them. We acquire units on the market and verify them before selling them to you.

Brands, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners, and we use them solely to identify the items we sell.

10. Content you send us

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or comments about our products or services, we may use them to improve without any obligation of payment or confidentiality.

If you post content tagging us on social media or send it to us to share, you authorize us to reproduce it on our channels, crediting your profile. You can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to help@sneakerlanestore.com.

You guarantee that you have rights over the content you share and that it doesn't infringe on third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Tools and Links

The site may include tools or links to third-party services over which we have no control. They are offered as-is, and their use is subject to each provider's conditions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

12. Prohibited Uses

It is not permitted to use the site for:

• Unlawful activities or those contrary to the law.
• Infringing intellectual or industrial property rights.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Sending spam, phishing, or extracting data in a massive and automated way.
• Impersonating another person or Sneaker Lane.

13. Site Availability and Liability

We do our best to keep the site operational, but we don't guarantee that it will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it totally or partially.

Nor do we guarantee that the general information published on the site is always up-to-date. The contractual information for each order —price, product, and timelines— is binding.

The above refers to the website's operation. It doesn't affect the authenticity or condition of the products, which we always guarantee under the terms of sections 4 and 8.

14. Misuse of the Site

If you use the site in a way that violates these Terms and it causes us proven damage, you will be liable for the damages that such use causes, in accordance with applicable law.

15. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy and by European and Spanish data protection regulations.

16. Duration and Termination

These Terms apply as long as you use the site. We may suspend access if there's a serious breach. Termination doesn't affect already confirmed orders or rights acquired by either party.

17. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If something hasn't gone well, first write to us at help@sneakerlanestore.com or via the website chat: most issues are resolved there.

Additionally, you have access to:

• Official complaint forms, available at our physical store.
• Consumer Arbitration Boards in your autonomous community or municipality.
• European Consumer Centre, for cross-border purchases within the European Union, Iceland, and Norway.

18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

If you purchase as a consumer, you can file a claim before the courts of your domicile, as recognized by consumer protection regulations. Nothing in these Terms obliges you to litigate elsewhere.

If you purchase as a company or professional, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia capital.

19. Modifications

We may update these Terms. The version applicable to your order is the one published at the time you placed it. Changes do not apply retroactively to already confirmed orders.

20. Partial Invalidity

If a court declares any clause invalid, the rest will remain valid and will be interpreted in a way that is as close as possible to the original intent of the parties.
