The Air Jordan 6 Retro "Sashiko" is a special edition with Japanese inspiration. Sashiko is a traditional Japanese stitching technique, originating in the 17th century to reinforce and mend garments: here it appears embroidered in vertical lines on the panels and in X-motifs around the Jumpman.
The Pale Ivory / Work Blue colorway combines an ivory leather upper with blue denim on the heel and tongue, denim patchwork peeking through the cutouts of the heel counter, and a multicolored blue and orange tongue with cream stitching. It was released in April 2026 (IR7255-110) as a Japan-exclusive launch, making it one of the hardest AJ6s to get outside of Japan.
