This is the silhouette Tinker Hatfield designed for Michael Jordan to wear at the 1992 All-Star Game and in the "Jam" music video with Michael Jackson.
This 2015 re-release is remastered to get closer to the 1992 pair than any other: darker midsole, well-separated eyelets, and the "Nike Air" back on the heel. Suede and neoprene with the huarache-style inner bootie that made the AJ7 iconic.
