The Nike Air Max 97 "On Air: Shanghai Kaleidoscope" is one of the six winning silhouettes from Nike's 2019 On Air contest, where designers from six cities reinterpreted the legendary Air Max 97. Shanghai's proposal, designed by Cash Ru, translates the reflection of clouds on the city's skyscrapers into a kaleidoscopic blue gradient on the waves that made this silhouette legendary.
